STAGE 1: Probation

An evaluation to assess the basic skills of individuals with special needs, under the guidance of a registered academic partner.

STAGE 1.2: PIP*

If there is a need to extend the probation period, individuals with special needs will be included in the PIP program for a maximum of 3 months.

Improvement Plan

STAGE 2: Permanent

An evaluation to assess the behavior and professionalism of individuals with special needs through varied and tailored trainings.

They are unable to remain at House of Hope. However, their application could be reconsidered if there are still openings available in the future.

A real-world exposure related to their field of interest.

Internship opportunities with Professional Partners. A firsthand experience for individuals with special needs in a company or partner collaborating with House of Hope.

FUTURE STAGE A: Talent Acquisition

In this stage, the relevant partners determine all arrangements, and take full responsibility for the individuals with special needs.

FUTURE STAGE B: Part-Time Internship

Individuals with special needs receive advanced training at partner’s or House of Hope’s location, and they are under the responsibility of House of Hope and related partners.

OUR Programmes

Encouraging training participants to enjoy physical activities both indoors and outdoors. This program was first implemented on March 1, 2024.

Providing customizable merchandise for company or personal needs. Running since October 2023, this program aims to create sustainable business opportunities for House of Hope, provide commercial benefits, and open opportunities for companies and individuals to support the House of Hope mission.

Aiming to be a platform and channel of blessings to inspire many people through inspirational stories. This program was first premiered on April 3, 2024.

Dedicated to offering comprehensive social media management services tailored specifically for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and individuals with special needs. This program has been running since August 2024.

Hope Bake is a movement by House of Hope that trains and empowers individuals with special needs—our Hope Bake People—to take part in baking and F&B production. We collaborate with brands by providing skilled manpower, so every product becomes a vessel of purpose, inclusion, and impact.

Involving activities related to two-dimensional visual arts, such as painting, drawing, and digital art, conducted with individuals with special needs. This program has been running since April 2023.

Providing learning and development opportunities in the field of barista for individuals with special needs. This program has been running since March 2024.

[UPCOMING] Involving planting various types of plants using hydroponic methods (planting without using soil) conducted by training participants from House of Hope.
